Surface winder for winding onto tubes.

Winds fabrics, non-wovens, laminates, floor coverings, imitation leather, etc.

Tensionless winding does not distort even "Sanforized" fabrics.

Automatically inserts absolutely straight cut between rolls, and automatically changes full roll against new/empty tube or core.

Special versions available for humid, wet and/or chemically aggressive environments.

  • standard: 1,000 mm max (up to 1,800 mm on request)
  • standard: 150 mm min (down to 100 mm on request)

• width of roll: up to 6,000 mm available

• winding speed: 150 m/min max (subject to material)
