80 BAP HD Portable Tyre Cord Sewing Machine

The BIRCH 80 BAP HD Portable Tyre Cord Sewing Machine is designed for use in a batch-type production environment and/or as a stand-by unit for continuous lines. It is also highly suitable in limited space situations.

It joins all types of textile tyre cord fabric with 12 rows of double-thread locking chain stitch, providing an overlap seam with a tensile strength of up to 10,000 kg.

Its state-of-the-art mechanical design and control system bring down the practical sewing time (incl. the manual preparation of the fabric for sewing) to between 2 and 3 minutes for a 185 cm wide sheet.
